We ship to Australia, New Zealand, all countries which you can filled in on the checkout.
Items will be shipped Via Hong Kong Post Office to Local Post office etc.
We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. For the benefit of you, please make sure that your written shipping address is correct and deliverable.
Delivery Time
Please note that some orders go through our fraud prevention department. If your order is selected, you will be notified and your order may be delayed by an additional 1 business days.
Order Tracking
We allow you to track your order at the click of a mouse. When your shipment is confirmed, you'll receive a tracking number in your confirmation e-mail.
Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates include the expenses of shipping, handling and the high quality packaging. Shipping Rates would vary depending on the weight of the shipment and the selected shipment method.
We will only charge for 1 unit shipping cost of AUD19.99 via standard post office shipping method, addtional units will be free of charge.
If you want to change your shipping address, please send the new address to this email: order@au-battery.org , or mark at the message box on paypal, we will ship the item to the new address.
International Postage
Generally is the buyer's responsibility to pay any import duty or sales tax within your own country. You are wholly responsible and liable for these charges. We accept no responsibility for any additional charges and cannot accept a return and refund of those goods if the charges are not paid. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.
Here on our site, we are happy to cover these duty or sales tax. The total money you need to pay to get the item is the price plus shipping fee listed on our site. If you are are told to pay any additional charges, please just pay first and email us. We will send you the money.
